A New Chapter of Magic at Cutie Patootie
Cutie Patootie has been sprinkling joy, glitter, and unforgettable memories across downtown Matthews for over 15 years. Now under the loving ownership of local family Natalie and Justin Tinsley, this beloved birthday and event destination is stepping into a vibrant new chapter, with the same sparkle you’ve always loved, and a whole new layer of heart.
The Tinsleys purchased this business with the intent of not only honoring and improving upon the deep roots Cutie Patootie has grown in the community, but also elevating its impact for years to come. "What better way to teach our children how important small business is to America than by buying one that’s already a staple of the community and immersing them in it?
Just one week after taking ownership, they were met with an unexpected challenge - a full interior demo of the unit and temporary closure for renovation. But in true small business spirit, it became the perfect opportunity to model perseverance, resilience, and determination, not just for their kids, but for the entire community cheering them on. "Sometimes, small businesses face trials that test their fortitude… well, we’re in that category right out of the gate, and we can’t wait to see this through to the other side. We’ve built so much new knowledge through this experience and are thrilled to continue the journey."
