What ages are your spa parties designed for?

Our spa experiences are designed for children, with most parties best suited for ages 4–12. If you have questions about a specific age group, we'd be happy to help you choose the perfect experience.
 

 

How do I book a party?

What party packages do you offer?

We offer four luxury party packages to fit a variety of celebrations and budgets, from our Polish Package to the Ultimate VIP Glam Experience. Our team will help you choose the package that's perfect for your child.

Can I customize my party?

Absolutely! We love helping families create a celebration that's uniquely theirs. During the planning process, we'll discuss themes, colors, add-ons, and special touches to personalize your experience.

Do you offer mobile spa parties?

Yes! We bring the Cutie Patootie experience directly to your home or venue, making it easy to celebrate wherever you choose.

How many guests can attend?

Guest capacity varies by package:

• Polish: Up to 6 guests

• Posh: Up to 8 guests

• Luxe: Up to 9 guests

• Ultimate VIP Glam: Up to 9 guests (10 maximum with an additional VIP guest)
   

Additional guests may be added for an additional fee.

What is included in a spa party?

Every party includes luxury spa services, our signature pink carpet runway experience, music and karaoke, professional spa hostesses, complete setup and cleanup, and plenty of memorable moments. Package inclusions vary, and our team will review everything with you before your reservation is confirmed.

Do parents stay during the party?

Yes! Parents are welcome to relax, take photos, and enjoy watching their child celebrate while our spa hostesses lead the activities and create a fun, stress-free experience.

When should I book my party?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular celebration dates, as availability fills quickly.

​

 

What happens after I submit the booking form?

A member of our team will contact you to confirm your requested date, answer any questions, review package options, and help finalize your celebration.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and will be applied toward your package total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Our team will provide all payment details during the booking process.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

What should guests wear?

Comfortable clothing is perfect! We provide spa robes during the party, and we recommend arriving with clean hair and nails for the best spa experience.

Can siblings or extra guests attend?

Absolutely! Additional guests are welcome to attend the celebration. Spa services are provided for the number of guests included in your selected package, with additional spa guests available for an added fee.

Are your spa products safe for children?

Yes! We use child-friendly products selected with kids in mind. If your child has allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before the party so we can discuss accommodations.

What areas do you serve for mobile parties?

We proudly serve Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding communities. Travel within 15 miles (roundtrip) of our Matthews location is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
